Accutane really did reduce pose size and sebaceous filaments
Top is right after finishing Accutane, bottom is a year later when I got oily due to switching my hormonal meds 🥀 No amount of retinoids, AHA/BHAs, and mud masks has helped me, not even the viral Ilso sebum cleanser (and definitely not oil cleansers as those break me out).
The systemic oiliness has gotten to a point of causing me other issues so I'm going to go back on Accutane for a low dose course and hoping to avoid any purging this time. Wish me luck!
