The digital key on my P2 2025 worked seamlessly with my iPhone 15. Then I upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and, the digital key sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. I could still drive but it would not open the door when I touched the door handle.

I have done the usual reinstalls, restarts, Tcam resets etc. Now Digital Key will not even link to my phone.

Polestar Support have spent some time going through it all and are baffled. They think it might be an issue with the latest iPhones not working with their software.

So my question is, are there any other iPhone 17 users who have trouble-free digital key usage?

My other half’s iPhone 15 still works seamlessly.
