Why is it impossible to get a hold of support? Ive been trying to talk to someone the last 2 days about an issue with my mouse and anytime I answer all the bots questions I get the same response. Mind you, all these times ive tried have been between 8am and 12pm PT. Ive even tried DMing them on their socials and got no response back
