New Foster kitten is 7 weeks old and only weighs 15 oz (425 grams)

Little Wolfsbane's littermates all transferred to the Humane Society today, but Wolf was not accepted due to his size and how frail he is. His aggressively feral mother has stopped feeding them and she is getting spayed tomorrow, so he's come home with me to be fostered.

I don't have a sense yet of whether he's eating solid food--it's so hard to tell when there's 6 kittens and the mother is lunging at the kennel every time you get close, so I've got pureed food and goat milk ready.

Any recommendations for a kitten who is so small for gestational age? He also seems to developmentally be closer to 3 or 4 weeks. I have him in a kennel with a heating pad, and I have a tiny kennel in my room in case he needs to be fed round the clock. I don't usually take bottle babies, although I've had pretty good success with kittens in the 4 week range.

How to know which cat has a UTI (or similar)

I just found a large puddle of bloody cat urine on my hearth, so somebody needs to go to the vet stat. However, I have no idea which of my boys is sick. Most likely culprits are:

Thor--16 years old. Had crystals in his urine with blockage 12 years ago. No issues since.

Tazio--hx UTI a few years back. Also hx of TBI, so his behavior is never "normal," and it's hard to tell when he's feeling off.

Rósar--has had FIP twice in the last year and a half. Presenting symptom each time was urinary incontinence, plus UTI with crystals when he got sick in November of last year.

Persephone--a bit of a wild card, but he had dental surgery 3 days ago and isn't eating or drinking much yet. He's obviously miserable and he has a history of litterbox refusal when stressed.

I'm going to kennel them all for the night with a pee pad and a bit of pine litter, so I can see who's got the bad urine, but I'd prefer to not wait till morning for them to see a vet.

Is there any other way to tell which of them is sick?

Thank you in advance.

I just found a good-sized puddle of bloody cat urine on my hearth. I have 3 cats with a history of urinary tract issues, but I don't know who the culprit/patient is.

Tazio: hx UTI and TBI.

Thor: elderly, hx UTI and crystals in urine--but 10 years ago.

Rósar: FIP x2, with presentation both times being urinary incontinence. Plus he had a UTI and kidney stones or urinary crystals last time.

Sephirio: had oral surgery 3 days ago and has history of litterbox refusal. Not eating well yet, but drinking plenty of water.

I'd like to get the patient to the vet stat, but dont know which to take. Maybe I should kennel as many as I can, to see who is having bloody urine? And use a pee pad with a small amount of pine pellets so I know what their pee looks like?

I knew it! Underneath that spicy exterior beats a sweet and loving heart, although I still sing Blue Oyster Cult to her when I pet her.

Caro's sister--Our little Lady of Lourdes--isn't a puffer, but she's a shy, loving little thing and a real joy to foster.

I think their mama was a black cat, because Lourdes follows my (male) black cats around begging for their love and attention.
