The negative feedback has been removed.

Everything I sell has free shipping, the item I got left negative feedback for was also free shipping; the feedback says "Charging too much shipping on items".

I sent the buyer a message and also did a feedback revision request, but that's also just a message to the buyer.

Who can I contact to just get this removed? This can't honestly be left on there for the sole fact that the buyer wants it to be ...
