Hi, I recently ordered the S3XY strip was super excited to install it. I followed the video and everything was going well until I plugged in the strip and controller, the light came on for a minute or so and then shut off and stayed off. I tried unplugging everything and replugging but nothing helped. I tried to update the firmware but that didn’t help either. I can connect to the controller via app and send command but it won’t respond to anything other than reboot and factory reset. By spamming reboot and factory reset I was able to get segment of the LED lid up but it’s only temporary and it’s stuck being red. Not sure what is wrong
