Moving from S3D to Prusa issues, need help.

Hey All,

I've dusted off my old Malyan M180 dual extruder printer running sailfish firmware. It is essentially a clone of the Makerbot Replicator 2. I'm currently working with PETG but I also have some ABS+ and PLA on hand. I have an older copy of Simplify3D 4.0 that slices prints with no issues but being that the lastest version is $199 and there are little updates to justify upgrading I wanted to step into something more modern and really fine tune. So I began making a profile with the latest version of PrusaSlicer. I also needed GPX to covert gcode into x3g files. I used some of the settings from S3D and did my best to work through what a conversion would look like carrying over some of the start and stop gcode. Got to the point where the printer starts and prints however what I'm running into is I believe is the Z is not stepping as it should. 240c at the nozzle and 80c on the bed. Not having any adhesions issues. First layer goes down good, 2nd layer looks okay but by layers 3+ the head begins to drag and the print starts to smoosh causing the feed to start skipping and the head to drag more. I thought it was over extrusion initially but I did a 100mm feed and figured out I'm feeding more like 96.5mm so I adjusted multiplier but still I'm not seeing better results. I started a print where I noticed the drag just 3 layers in. So I began trying to print 100% infill 20mm x 20mm cubes to fine tune the profile but can't seem to get higher than 3-4 layers before I'm noticing this issue. Any suggestions on what I might be missing?
