Started getting into calisthenics 2 days ago after having interest in it for a while and managed to hold the crow/frog stand for 30 seconds and attempted the elbow lever which i managed to hold for 3 seconds but unsure how to specifically train, with the elbow lever i struggle to get my elbow to lock into my hip, is there any recommendations on what I could do to improve my overall hold or develop onwards? Thank you
