My stepfather gave me this 90s camera to digitalize his recordings of their daughters growing up. The thing is i dont know the model or if it works. I need to take out the tape from inside but i dont want to sacrifice the camera to hopefully use it in the future.

All i know is that is a Sony handycam. The battery charger (the second photo) doesnt seem to power on connected. Hope you guys can help me out and sorry if my english is not that good.
