Not looking to bulldoze. The previous owners had it for 65 years. And added as required, functional but seemingly without a plan. The bricks at the front are prone to some movement cracks as they’re on floating footings sitting on clay built in the 80s when they added the balcony. The structural front wall is 6 foot behind it and fine. Structural engineer didn’t have any concerns just suggested it’s likely to move during prolonged droughts.
