Hello! I've been feeling stuck at my current job (context: I work as a collections management associate) and I've been looking at options abroad to expand my career. I'm from the Philippines so not much museums near me are currently hiring, and collections management positions rarely come by. Would anyone have advice with planning out moving internationally with a career in museums?

question in heading! but more particularly what qualifies as a backer when applying for a plantilla position? what is do they usually do to sway the panel? thanks!
