Hi everyone, I recently got a text from AT&T saying I owe $835 dollars for my old Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I was supposed to return it but I never got a box or a shipping label. What do I do? I don't know how to get another shipping label and customer service has been giving me the run around.
