UPDATE: So.... apparently the instagram account and facebook account are TWO SEPERATE ACCOUNTS, and despite it being linked, I also need to switch accounts so that I can access the other invoices.
I don't want to say it's a #bimboflip moment, but It's incredibly frustrating when these platforms are supposedly integrated.

TLDR: I run a non-profit, and I need to get invoices for ads so that I can claim the ad spend. Went to ads manager, clicked on the payment tab, and then realised that there are missing invoices.
Does anyone know how to contact actual people working in meta about issues regarding missing invoices from ads? The meta business chat is its own hellscape in white and it's leading me in circles for the past two hours.
