I remember watching a guide on EVs a long time ago where it was said that it is often optimal to try and put your EVs in an uneven number off stats. So for example EVs in HP Attack Speed is fine but a distribution of EVs between HP Attack Defense Speed is likely not optimal. Was this ever a thing? Because looking over replica teams it does not appear to be.
