I already own the Beige Raffia Kelly from Cruise this year and it goes with all my summer outfits which takes up a significant portion of my wardrobe.

I'm considering whether to add this Black Raffia Kelly with dangling chilli peppers. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are certainly jumping around. A good conversation starter? Fun! Too childish? Too trendy it will be out of date after 1 summer? Too hard to style?

At first glance I liked it, but I don't know if I like the CC logo jacket enough to purchase it as a full priced RTW item? It looks like it could be a wardrobe classic staple but something about this looks not right to me but I don't know what it is. What are your thoughts on the jacket and only the jacket?
