For you, what's the best kind of hug?
It's a back hug, for me. Pakiramdam ko nababawasan stress and anxiety ko. I feel so protected and relaxed. Hindi ako clingy na tao but if someone who is dearly close to me does this, it makes me feel better.
Several studies also confirmed that hugging helps to reduce cortisol levels and contribute to the overall wellness of a person.
