Unfortunately, my wife's 2019 R-Design got totaled by the insurance company after a 16 year old driver decided waiting for traffic was too time consuming and pulled in front of her and she, nor the safety braking, could stop her in time. It only had a little over 34k miles on it and was in pristine condition, and more importantly, was paid for. My wife loved that car, we waited over 6 months for it to be delivered from Sweden when we ordered it. I guess I'll be holding onto my 2014 XC60 with 150,000 miles for a bit longer. I do love the 300hp engine in my 60 though.

We just took delivery of her new 2026 XC40 B5 Ultra. It took a few days for the dealer to locate one with all the options we were looking for. Denim Blue, blond interior, rear spoiler, weather package, etc. The only thing it didn't have was the digital mirror, but that was low on the priority list. It's a really nice car, it definitely has a softer ride than the R-Design had. But, you can definitely notice the extra torque from the mild hybrid system.
