Physically I mean. Bad at push ups? Practice the correct form and you will see improvement. Want to get stronger so you can lift certain objects? Lift heavy dumbbells and do other types of strength training. Want to improve endurance? Move daily, run, walk, do jumping jacks- whatever boosts your heart rate.
The thought and action of improving your fitness is so exciting and tiring. I'm not a fan of the sores that come after doing a workout. Now, have I thought about working out? No. I've been thinking about it for a few hours.
The idea of physical fitness sounds so cool- just continously improving. I wish that our schedules were not so cluttered so we could just focus on fitness and health. I hear you not only look good, you feel light and cold.
