For those with experience on this, I'm about 2 1/2 years on E (.2ml Valerate 20MG/ML every 5 days) and I've been on 200mg progesterone (orally) for about 1 1/2 years. I've been reading up on peoples experiences with prog and I've noticed people mentioned taking as a suppository for a stronger concentration as it doesn't have to go through the liver. I've gotten OK growth from my current prog usage, but I would like to see if I can get more out of it in any way I can (breast growth, and increased libido since mine is still quite low). If those who have experience with this can let me know how it worked for them along with if I've never taken a suppository before, how would I go about that?
