Hi, as the title says, I'm currently in the US with an activated esim, despite this, the esim is unable to use any data despite being connected. The device is an s24 ultra. I've tried everything I could, searched everything online to try but absolutely nothing has worked. it says T-Mobile | Airalo on the top left so I know its the active one, yet It's unable to use data. Any tips? I've already had the Esim for a whole day and I'm worried I just wasted my money.

Edit: So I actually contacted airalo via the app, once I was past the bot the problem was that I needed to add a new APN as for some reason it wasn't working with the APN that was there. After that, data started being used up and there was an internet connection. Thanks everyone!
