Trying the Vielight Vagus

I have had tinnitus for about 3 years now, it started after a 3 day music festival where i skipped hearing protection like an idiot. I was used at having tinnitus after going to these kind of events but after 2 weeks it got worse, ear pressure, pain, nausea, fatigue, etc you know the rest.

I've been managing as best I can with some monthly appointments but some days it affects my sleep and mood pretty badly. I'm also way more sensitive to loud places now so concerts and headphones are a whole thing for me. I recently got a better position at work so I finally have some room to try things so I want to try a Vielight Vagus though I haven't seen many experiences with it here but I've seen some discussion around. Plan is to use it religiously for 3 months if I go for it.

Hello,
I've been optimizing (or trying to) my health and cognitive performance for the past couple years: supplements, tracking sleep, exercise... now I got deep on PBM research lately for focus and long-term brain health and landed on the Vielight Neuro Duo 4, not a cheap investment so I decided I'm not going for the most expensive one but for one in the middle.
The main goal is to use it for myself to see if it helps with mental clarity and long-term brain health but my grandma's dealing with early stage alzheimer's, she repeats things a lot and has memory issues for her daily tasks (it's been like this for the last 5 years, progressing slowly), and of course we're already doing the standard stuff with her doctor (supplements, brain exercises, good diet, sunlight, walking) so I'm thinking if I get this I could have her try it too.

Anyone here used this device or any Vielight model? What was your experience like?
