Day 1 of my NoFap journey!

I turned 44 recently and I promised myself a reboot. Well it took me a couple of days, but I finally decided to pull the cord.

I’ve been struggling at home and at work. Always resorting to it to avoid any issues at work or at home. Not anymore! Facing everything head on!
