In short, trial period expired. Signed up for mobile data plan (shows active in app under subscriptions) but car isn’t connecting. Level 2 support told me it shows provisioned correctly. I tried turning mobile data off and on via toggle switch and nothing. I paid a full month of it trying to work through it and didn’t connect. Just signed up again (…expect different result phase) and still not connecting. Has anyone figured it out if it you had similar problems? Hope this is not one of those “disconnect the battery” universal resets. Help.

Folks. Gonna go check out a used one with under 15K miles. What should I look for when at dealership? It seems previous owner changed air intake. All else looks stock. Any pointers?
