After 3 months of hope and grinding, almost at the end of my background check I received a non selection notice. I know this happens a lot especially from larger counties but it still sucks the same, a few months of fast processing, nothing in my record at all and nothing but honesty, I get denied due to “background investigation” and am banned from reapplying for one year.

Now I have to go and find other dispatching jobs in my surrounding cities and I’m not moving to the next county as it’s horrible. Anyone know why the don’t just give me the actual reason I got denied? Also does me getting denied for that reason make it more difficult to find a dispatching job in the future?
