We are hiring for the Business Manager role
We are looking for a sharp, dedicated professional to join a fast-growing Data Engineering & AI Consultancy led by a PhD Founder.
You will act as the Business Manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), helping run the operational side of a specialized tech consultancy while working closely with leadership.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage professional emails, client communication, calendar scheduling, and follow-ups
• Convert rough technical notes into polished brochures, ebooks, presentations, and marketing material
• Handle invoicing, basic financial tracking, and project organization
• Act as the professional face of the firm for leads, clients, and external partners
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations with zero administrative lag
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
• 1-2 years of experience (Freshers may also apply)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent written and spoken English - MUST
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Comfortable with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Interested in learning the operational side of a high-end AI & Data consultancy
💰 Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives
