This happens with every FedEx delivery I’ve ever received across 2 states and 3 addresses. I call support and they can’t tell me what is wrong or why it keeps happening. This is not even supposed to be addressed to an apartment

I just planted 2 peppers with a 3rd on the way. A jalapeno, and Tabasco are already in soil. A habanero this weekend. I have an idea of what I’m getting myself into but any advice for a first time grower would be greatly appreciated.
