My setup kind of looks like this, this is a switch V1 (2017). I followed a reddit guide last year and I am not 100% sure what are the other 2 options apart from emuMMC. I think emuMMC is emulated firmware? It is 100% safe to use according to my knowledge and I cannot get hardware-banned/account-banned anyhow while I use it (correct me if I am wrong).

Is there a way to simultaneously play my eShop bought-games while I also play games/also use my lovely wallpaper and theme on the custom firmware? Without risk of bans.

Also is it possible to transfer my save data from emuMMC to real firmware so I can upload my save to nintendo cloud? And then play it on another switch which is a stock switch. And are save data transferrable between 2 users in any case?
