I was browsing the eshop on my switch 2 and after pressing home I got this error and switch asked me to reboot. Should I be worried? Has anyone got this error before?

I factory reset my old Switch 1 and set it up again with the same Nintendo Account. I used to play on this console before, and now I just want to use it again normally.

The eShop works and my account is fine, but when I try to redownload my games it uses Virtual Game Cards and says I need to “pair another Switch” before I can load them onto this system.

It’s the same console, just reset. What should I do?

I just recently got this dock yesterday by amazon. Today i was excited to trying to see how it works. To my surprise the dock do absulote nothing. The dock turn on the blue led but after i connect my switch 2 to the dock. The switch 2 do absolute nothing, don't charge or send video to either my monitor or TV. After that i trying updating the firmware of the dock to the latest one (after checking their website the latest one was release in january but even after the update the situation still the same). So i just wondering if any of you that got this dock is currently experimenting this issue or is just mine.

is it possible to transfer my data from my switch two to my new switch lite

I’ve recently tried to get back on my Nintendo switch so I can download the Tomodachi Life, living the dream game once it comes out. However, I’ve been having issues with my switch pretty much the minute it hit the 1 year-old mark.

First off, my battery is constantly low. It’s always slow to charge and quick to drain.

Secondly, my switch can handle only two games: Animal Crossing and Splatoon 2. I have to offload one game to play another.

Totally fun bonuses: One of the controllers constantly loses connection, and despite being constantly ON the switch, acts like it has been turned to be handheld.

Is there any way to salvage it? Would my switch require cleaning or something? Or maybe it’s something wrong with my part? If you know anything, please let me know.

PS: there’s nothing in my gallery, it’s completely empty. So that’s not an option for the lack of space.

Since it got delisted to leave room for smt vengeance you can no longer buy dlc for the game, including the Japanese dub, is there a way I can download it? Or I’m stuck with English dub

My gf has a Switch 1 that we play a lot of, but some games suffer with processing power (Minecraft rendering, etc).

I've thought about getting the Switch 2 to help with this, and also let us play some games co-op that require 2 devices (eg Pokemon).

Is the Switch 2 worth it for this?

I'd guess both points might inhibit one another, as one use requires we migrate her account (and pay to upgrade her games to the switch 2 version) , the other requires two separate accounts so we can play online games together

Decided to dust off the old switch due to pokemon champions release, but my joycons are cooked so I decided to use my little brothers switch lite in the meantime until I can get a new controller/get them fixed.
If I use the same nintendo account on both systems, will my gameplay be the same when I go back to my main switch?

so i got this switch (the normal one) for my birthday which was from a friend of my brother, the point is, THE GAMES KEEP GETTING CORRUPTED

its not even the sd card anymore the console just loves corrupting everything even games i already had installed and played a while ago

i don't know what it could even be, please does somebody know how to fix it???

Not sure exactly if this I’m doing this right as I’ve never made a Reddit post before so bear with me lol.

Okay, so I recently bought a Nintendo switch 1 previously used but in great condition at my local gameshop, and it was working all great and fine for awhile no problems whatsoever. But just the other day I put it in my pocket as I was doing something and it pressed a few buttons on accident, when I took it out of my pocket it was on the “change grip/order screen” and my right joycon was suddenly completely unresponsive, wouldn’t show it clicking in on the screen even though it was physically clicking. I read up a bit and google and some other posts told me to press/hold the sync button, so I did and then eventually it just kinda stayed green, won’t turn off no matter what I click or how long I hold the sync button. I even tried cleaning the rails with a q tip with 99% rubbing alcohol, I’ve been letting it sit just on the table for a few days waiting for it to die or something, but it’s been nearly 30 hours and the light is still green and it’s still not connecting!!! Help!!

(Short form) (tldr?? I think the term is)

Right joycon unresponsive despite cleaning, trying to press it off and let it die for over 24 hours. The light remains green and I’m not sure what to do or how to fix it.
