My listing is Babythree blind boxes

I submitted a clear invoice from my seller after they told me the invoice did not match, which has the product’s name, quantity, seller’s name, my address exact match with all of the information on my listing and my register information. Anyone experience thought this, I want to move to selling on here instead of WN. Please help 😭
