You exercise and eat less but your belly fat is still there? That's not a lack of effort.

After 35 year's hormones change and the body starts storing fat in the abdomen as a protective mechanism even if you haven't eaten anything It senses danger and holds onto fat.

Have you also noticed that weight only increases in the abdomen despite eating well? What's the most common thing you've tried that didn't work?

I’ve been reading about the physical changes many people notice after 30/35 and I’m curious to understand the real experiences behind it A lot of people report changes in energy weight and overall body response even without major lifestyle changes

after 35 years everything shifted in a strange way same food but I gain weight much faster belly fat started appearing for no clear reason low energy most of the time and even workouts dont give the same results anymore at first I thought it was just lifestyle changes but after doing some reading I found that hormones might play a big role in these changes whats confusing is that Im still putting in the same effort but the results are completely different has anyone else noticed these changes after 30 years or 35 years and how did you deal with them

I know what to do but I just cant stick to it lately life feels a lot busier than before my routine is all over the place sleep isnt consistent and I end up going for whatever is quick and easy I used to feel more in control but now I notice weight building up especially around my stomach its frustrating because I know what works but I just dont have the same time or energy anymore I keep telling myself I’ll get back on track but it never really lasts for anyone who’s been through something like this what actually helped you stay consistent without overcomplicating everything

honestly sometimes I feel like fitness online is just too much too many rules too many “perfect” routines too many things you HAVE to do I just want something simple that actually works in real life not something that feels like a full time job anyone else feel the same or is it just me

I used to think losing weight required going to the gym, but I couldn’t stay consistent

So I started with just 20 minutes a day at home, a simple routine without any complexity

Over time, I built an easy system and focused on consistency and eating lighter

After two weeks, I started feeling lighter, more active, and less tired than before

It’s not a big transformation, but it’s the first thing that actually works for me
