claim dispute ?
this might sound so stupid but i’m not sure if i’m even able to do anything about this. so a few weeks ago i was at a red light and i rolled into the lady in front of me from maybe 2 feet away. and yes i accept total fault for that bc my foot eased off the brake when i turned around to check on my daughter bc she was sick and made a choking cough sound but moving on. anyways the lady immediately hopes out of her car and yells at me that she’s calling the cops ?? but now i see on her claim that she’s claiming bodily injury but i dont understand how ?? bc you seemed fine whenever you jumped out of your car at me and then whenever we spoke to the officers she got out just fine and was standing and nothing was wrong. also there was like minimal damage to her car ??
so basically is there any arguing that she was fine ? bc it happened at less than 1mph and from such a small distance there’s literally NO WAY for there to have been bodily injury
