I’m new with picking and the TL has been assigning me bottoms and I just was curious the best way to go about it. They keep the pickers on auto and I do everything else. Should I do the smaller orders for the hour and work to the higher orders or Focus on GMD first, or any other tips u could provide. Thank u.
