I recently put the cat back on my 790 Duke for the inspection but now I took my first ride after that and noticed that my foot brake is getting stopped by the headers. The pipe under the engine is in the way of the brake pedal so it cannot go down. Is there any way to solve this?

I have a 790 Duke from 2019 and everytime I’ve tried using the quickshifter it doesn’t wanna shift and the shift lever is completely firm and does not move at all. Ive been thinking it could be that the sensor is at an angle since it looks like it isn’t in the original position but I’ve not found a picture of how it should be so I cannot compare
