I want to know about some budget friendly skinCare products. I have used SkinO Innsaei Skin Cafe products. But actually they didn't give me the results I wanted.They were like 6/10 type. Recently I have heard about cynoreal The celesta Brands product. But they all have mixed reviews. I have heard that SkinO face wash has very harsh ingredients that are banned in many countries. So Now I am seeking for some good skincare products.

Birth Control Pills to regulate period

Hello Girlies Please help me out.I have an irregular cycle.My last period was 22 March.Then I noticed some spotting like 2 to 3 drops on 11 April.but my period did not come.I am 19.and I am sexually inactive.I have never had sex. I have heard that birth control pills can regulate my period cycle.So I am thinking that I will use progesterone pills (Normens) to come my period faster then I will start using birth control pills to regulate my cycle.Is it a right way/?? I have consulted some gynacs but they did not actually help me out that much. So I am thinking this way.Please help me out.please share your thoughts and experiences. I hope I will fix this.
