Converge Outage?

Tumwag ako kagabi sa click2call (using my phone data since walang internet), and sabi sa akin may outage. Binigyan ako ng ticket number and i update daw ako.

May isang wmail na dumating - that was more than 12 hours ago.

Arent they suppose to update the customers regularly? Bakit hanggang ngayon wala pang net sa Nueva Ecija? Kasama din ba kayo sa “rolling blackout”?

UPDATE: after 14 hours of no internet - now lang nagkaroon. Still no updates from Converge. This seems to be lacking on that department - constant customer updates.
