Hi I’m a beginner to photography and this is my first time getting a camera. I’m not interested in pursuing photography super seriously per se but I wanted a compact, long lasting camera that’ll take pretty pics of family, friends, and scenery.
Fuji film caught my eye cause it seems like you don’t need to do a lot of post editing to pictures, which I like cause I’m not interested in editing my pictures as of now. Additionally, I thought the Fuji film recipes was really cool and a way for me to experiment with the camera.
I’m in between the X-M5 and X-T30 cause they check the boxes I stated earlier. I know the X-T30 is mainly for photography and the X-M5 is both video and photography (and ik that means the pictures may not look as good, but I can’t really tell the difference). I’m not a 100% sure if I want to do just pics which is why I’m leaning towards the X-M5.
If anyone’s tried one or both, let me know your experiences with them. Also please let me know which one I should get. Thank you :)
