I’m a PM with 7+ years of experience, and I’m genuinely curious:
What are the most annoying / frustrating / “why do they do this??” things you run into when working with PMs?
Could be anything: roadmap stuff, customer feedback getting ignored, weird prioritization, bad communication, discovery calls, feature requests disappearing into the void, etc.
No need to sugarcoat it.. I’m asking because I want to understand the pain from the CS side and hopefully be less annoying to work with 😅
What do you wish PMs understood better about CS?
Don't hold back! I'll go ahead and pour some grease on the fire 💀.. as a PM, I think my one most annoying thing about CSMs is when they repeatedly ask the same questions about product functionality, esp if we go through the time to keep an updated resource (tho tbh I know sometimes this could be dated!!)
