i just moved into a role where lead gen is a much bigger part of the job, and I’m still trying to understand what the process actually looks like in practice.
i already use nexos. ai for a lot of my day-to-day, so i've started piecing together a lead gen setup there too. i'm cleaning and merging csvs, doing a basic icp score, and drafting first-pass email sequences. it works, but it feels pretty clunky - like i built a raft when i probably need a speedboat.
feels like i'm only using 30% of what nexos. ai can do. i'm sure there's a cleaner, more automated way to run this.

- where do you get your leads, and how do you bring them into your flow?
- what parts have you automated, and what still needs a manual pass?
- how do you qualify people before they hit your crm or an outreach sequence?
- any prompts, agents, or workflows you run over and over?
i know the pieces exist, i just can't figure out how to actually connect them into something that runs smoothly.
