🚨 30 MONTHS of fighting eBay and I’m still not done.
Here’s what happened:
I sold an item for $1,800. The buyer **inspected the pallet, signed off on delivery, and left me a positive review.** Less than a week later, he filed a damage claim.
Under eBay’s “Buyer Guarantee,” he got a full refund — and **never returned the item.** He claims eBay told him to destroy it.
I submitted proof: satisfactory delivery, signed inspection, and the buyer’s own positive review. eBay closed the case **in my favor.** I have confirmation emails from two eBay employees.
Less than a month later? **They tried to debit my bank account anyway.**
I sent certified letters to the Office of the President (Jamie Iannone, San Jose) and their litigation department (Draper, UT). **No response.** My account was then locked for “non-payment” — with no way to contact them except through the very portal they locked me out of.
Fast forward to **2026 — they just tried to pull the money via ACH. Again.**
This is not a billing error. This is a pattern.
