Gap year panic Did I just ruin my life
I’m 24, took a gap year after college to figure things out, and now I’m spiraling.
I told myself I’d use the time to learn skills and plan my career. Instead, I’ve spent most of it stuck at home, applying to jobs and getting nowhere.
My friends are all working, moving on, and I’m stuck feeling like I’m falling behind. Every day I panic that I wasted a whole year and will never catch up.
Has anyone been here? How do I stop feeling like my life is already off track?
