Hi, looking for advice to help me clean out my face completely. I’ve got acne, pimples I think one or two cystic, and black and white heads. I’ve tried adapalene differin 10% benzoyl peroxide a lot of homemade fixes and nothing works it just status and gets worse. What should I do know? It really affects my appearance.

Also the circled area- this brown patch kind of thing just came on my face overnight I saw it when I woke up. It won’t go it’s also a bit dryish. What is it firstly?
