Problem/Goal: how can i register as a voter here sa manila?

Context: we just moved in here sa manila not much of a year ago, and i just turned 18 recently and i already asked my family for assistance para makapagregister, pero ni isa sa kanila wala raw idea (alarming i know..) i plan to bring them along with me too. what should I bring or where can i get registered here sa manila?
