I am a coach and one of my coaches has been tagged as low performer. She went on maternity leave, so she got below in metrics, also she couldn’t focus on firm initiative and they screwed her there as well. 2 yr back she got promoted from analyst to consultant and now a low performer which she is really not responsible for. How to save this coacheee from getting fired

I am usdc manager - solution architect. Been with deloitte for 9 years. Getting paid at 135k. Am I the only one who gets paid very low at this level
