Food recommendations for picky dogs?

I fed my previous dog nutro lamb and rice and she lived to be 16. My current two dogs (a bichon and a yorkie mix) are currently on it and great health wise but are picky and will leave it until they absolutely have to eat. I’d like recommendations for a healthy food that will be more attractive taste wise for them and that I can feed to both dogs. I’m not opposed to mixing wet and dry but would like some kibble.

During our trip to Hawaii, we’ve allotted two nights to the big island primarily for the national park but my husband is also interested in hiking Mauna Lea. Is there anywhere recommended midway between the two? Or should we split into two nights at two places? I’d be interested in staying at volcano house but that seems really far from Mauna Lea.

For context, I finished chemo January 7th, had a lumpectomy and oncoplastic closure February 17th (got PCR) and finished rads April 6th. I’m still on standalone Keytruda. Overall I have been healing well but do get random achiness in my breast. It feels like a long time for that to still be happening? It’s freaking me out because my tumor did hurt. 🫤

I’m 44 and started Keynote 522 last August and sm currently on stand alone Keytruda. I’ve been sort of assuming that I’m in permanent menopause but my MO seems to think my cycle will return. Anyone have any e experience with this or what sort of timeline I’m looking at?
