2011 2.5x automatic subaru forester tapping sound?

I have checked my oil, coolant and transmission fluid. Looked for

anything loose that might be making noise. Battery terminal cover was having off, hoped that was it but it wasn't. Can't figure out what this sound is. Any ideas would be appreciated! It's a tapping noise sounds like front drivers side, maybe. Sounds like plastic more than metal. It's only sometimes while l'm driving and started about 2 days ago shortly after I used cruise control for the first time in it (doubt it's related but who knows) and had to drive a highway that was ground down to resurface if that matters.

It's a bit hard to hear but in person it's a tapping noise I will get a better recording if I can.
