Painless lesion on penis started about one week ago.
Lesion popped up about a week ago. Located on the most distal end of the shaft of the penis. Recently sexually active. One partner diagnosed 2 and a half weeks prior to my onset with a yeast infection and BV.
Not responsive to OTC corticosteroids or OTC antibacterial ointments.
Lesion is painless and seems to worsen the more i, mess with it.
Of note i am a primary care provider and this has me stumped. I have been out of town on work so i haven’t been able to get any laboratory testing completed yet
