There is a known issue with ATM deposits and withdrawals not crediting to accounts. Wells has record of the deposit transactions and is in process of repairing the issue. Thanks for your patience while this issue is resolved.

There’s nothing phone banking teams can do to speed it up. We definitely understand the frustration that this is causing and have been told that it is actively being addressed.
