What Charts and Graphs are Useful with Requirements Data?
Curious to know …if you are a scheduler for an inbound call center if you routinely look at line charts, area charts bar charts? What are most useful in checking your data before finalizing a schedule? Example: like an area chart to look at Staff w/o IOT vs Staff w/ IOT —> or a line chart of efficiency percent etc. What charts are truly helpful and can assist adjusting data prior to finalizing a schedule?
