I have two Hilton hotel reservations coming up (August and November). I have made both of them using points. This would be my first time trying use the $50 quarterly credit. I’d like not loose this quarters credit so I know you can email the hotel and ask for a prepayment link? Does this still work on points bookings?
I tried with one of the properties and they said that this was not possible. I wonder if my wording was wrong. I simply asked for a prepayment link and they said that because the booking was made on points they could not take any prepayments for the restaurants etc.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
