Since I am not allowed to masturbate (it's a mortal sin according to the Catholic Church), I am waking up earlier than I would like to with these painful erections. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Has anyone experienced this? In the past I could look at porn, but not masturbate, and I wouldn't wake up with morning erections for some reason. They're literally painful and it's affecting my sleep. I'm able to have normal erections that aren't painful, but these ones are painful because they're happening in a state of unconscious arousal. Please help me.
